2003 - 2004 Outstanding Performance Award Program The purpose of the Outstanding Performance Award program is to recognize employees who have demonstrated outstanding performance in a given year. The program provides a mechanism and is a great opportunity for supervisors to reward and honor staff for exceptional performance and outstanding contributions made to the unit, department, school and/or campus. Tier 1 Awards are Department-wide recognition awards and Tier 2 Awards are School-wide recognition awards.
We are proud to note that Kathy Takemoto was last year’s Tier 2 recipient for the Department of Family & Community Medicine. Here she is receiving her award with Dean David Kessler.
