Michelle Kipper joined PAETC in September, 2005 as the Program Coordinator. Michelle works on federally funded, state funded and international programs within PAETC. Prior to joining PAETC, Michelle was a Program Specialist for a national organization, The Family Violence Prevention Fund, creating policies to protect victims of domestic violence.
